Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ReOmart, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund as per cancellation policy.

Return and Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,please write and send us a picture of the item to support@reomart.in

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once you receive the item.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
